Our Origin Story

The Sign Lady LLC was built on a simple truth: people can’t support what they can’t see. We originally began in 2018 as a signage and advertising company dedicated to help small businesses step out of the shadows with creative, high-impact signage that sparks recognition and connection. Our name was our promise—to amplify visibility, elevate voice, expand reach and leave a lasting impression.

The Turning Point

And then—the pandemic hit. Practically overnight, storefronts went dark, foot traffic disappeared, and many of the businesses we proudly served found themselves fighting to survive. The vibrant signs we’d designed to spark sales, amplify visibility, and ignite campaigns slowly transformed into stark, cold messages: liquidation sale, store closing, everything must go. The world had shifted and so had the needs of those we served.

The Shift in Purpose

But we didn’t quit—we evolved. As the world changed, so did our purpose. We pivoted from making signs to building strategy. We began offering critical support to small businesses and nonprofits navigating funding challenges, helping them access grants, communicate their value, and stay connected to the communities they served. We now exist as creative business strategist driven to expand the life expectancy of small businesses and nonprofits—helping clients not just get noticed, but get funded, sustained, and seen in the ways that truly matter.
